August 29, 2012 ~ It seems like forever ago that we decided to head back out to Colorado to see Paul & Whitnee Lear but today's the day! Our flight would leave Kansas City, MO at 7:25 am taking us to Dallas, TX and then on to Montrose, CO where the Lear's live. Thankfully they only live about 10 minutes from the airport (which is about the size of our Columbia Regional Airport in Columbia, MO) so it was easy to get in and get out!
Once we arrived we took the shuttle to our hotel. (Thank you Wayne Washburn for letting us use your Platinum Ambassador card to score an upgrade to a 2 room suite for no additional charge!) Paul and Whitnee were going to work until that afternoon so we told them we would meet up for dinner but until then we were hungry! We had a quick snack until Paul and Damon (16 months) came to pick us up and meet the rest of the gang at Chili's for a simple dinner.
What a little cutie he is! Such a happy baby and I just loved his giggles!
It was so nice getting to see these guys again! Last time we were out there was when they got married 2 years ago! Whitnee has 2 children (Elaine & Connor) that were there too. Gosh they have gotten so big since the last time we saw them! They are a pretty cute little family!
