December Wrapping It Up Challenge!

December 31, 2015 ~ Another month means another fitness challenge to keep the motivation going! This "Wrap Up The Year Holiday Challenge" is put on by Full Medal Runs and I have pledged to complete 50 miles for the month of December. I really wanted to sign up for 100 miles but between vacation and bad weather days I just didn't want to sign up and not be able to complete it. It's always fun to look back and see what I have done as each month passes. Along with this challenge I also entered a Holiday 1-mile Challenge from Thanksgiving to New Years. This challenge would require that you walk/run/jog at least 1-mile per day! I think the best part is that when I started my fitness goal of walking (because I am still encouraging my mom and sister along with anyone else that wants to join us) I never gave up. It hasn't always been easy but it's certainly been worth it!

While I did at least 1 mile per day I didn't take time out of my day specifically to walk 1 mile for this challenge however I did complete it!

Again while I didn't take time out of my day specifically for this challenge I can promise that I did complete it!
